No more than 25% of the decoration can be items attached to the fence.

No decor may touch the ground, it can only be attached to the fence.

Every fence section shall have the backside painted a solid color; the front of the fence will be the only voting surface.

Make sure you are using the right paint and/or sealer on your fence. We want these to last, without too much fade, for at least a year.
